We provide numerous services including: computer & laptop repairs, upgrades, optimisation, restoration, recycling, networking and web design. For more information on these, select the relevant category from the menu on the left.
Of course, if we are unable to rectify or resolve the problem you pay absolutely nothing*.
* In some cases where a callout is involved, there may be a £5.00 fee to cover petrol costs.
We will of course provide you with future solutions to the problems you are experiencing or call back at a later date with the required necessities.
Yes, if you are unsure of the problem, a fault diagnosis/repair assessment of your system is available which costs £30.00. Should you decide to proceed with a repair and labour is involved, this charge will not be applicable - only the cost of the repair itself. In some cases, this charge is applicable for assessments where only replacement parts are required and no labour is involved (e.g. a charger, battery, power lead etc.).
Yes, we provide a three month 'return-to-base' warranty on every repair carried out. *On certain repairs such as virus removals, warranty cannot be offered due to the likeliness of reoccurance. Warranty also cannot be offered if the system has previously been fitted with or is using non-OEM replacement parts.
Yes, we offer a 20% discount on all labour costs for students. Parts are sold at cost-price, and are thus ineligible for discount.
We provide support for all HU postcode areas. For more information please view the table below.
We are available for support or enquiries on both evenings and weekends. For assistance outside these times please contact us via this form. Should you require one, we can arrange a home visit to accomodate your time schedule.
We accept cash, cheques or bank transfers. We will also provide you with a receipt for invoice purposes.
Ultimately this depends on the location of yourself, the time of day and what other jobs we are tending to. But for home visits you can usually expect us to be with you within at least an hour or two on any normal day.
This varies greatly, depending on the severity and number of issues involved. In some cases when a replacement part needs to be ordered, work will be undertaken in the Hull IT Solutions workshop. We can collect the system from your home or premises should this be the case (see the collection service).
Of course - we consider anything in working condition that isn't used anymore. We accept: both tower or desktop PCs, monitors (new 'TFT' types) and laptops. These can be recycled or repaired and in some instances provide those worse off with a fully working system. For more information, please view the recycling section.
