Hull computer repairs
A quick call to Hull IT Solutions and we can usually be of assistance the same day.
Where possible, problems aim to be resolved on-site during the initial visit. If not, a return visit will be arranged for a later date or the system will be taken for inspection, diagnosis and repair that will be undertaken in the workshop (depending on your preference).
Get in touch
If you require a home visit, please contact us to arrange an appointment. If you prefer to drop the system off for a repair, call to ensure we will be available. If you're aware of a part that definitely needs replacing, please also notify us so it can be ordered in advance, allowing the repair to be completed immediately. This reduces the time spent without your system.
Depending on the nature of the repair, some parts may need to be ordered from our suppliers - it may take between one to three days for them to arrive. Should this be the case, we will inform you of this and as soon as they arrive.
Repair assessment
If you are unsure of the cause to the problems you're experiencing, a repair assessment is available at a charge of £20.00. Should you choose to go ahead with the repair, this charge is waived and only the cost of the repair applies (plus parts).
Collect & return service
If required, we can also collect your system from you for an additional £20.00, and arrange for it to be dropped off when the repair has been completed. This is useful if you have no transport or are physically unfit to travel.
