Terms & Conditions
By accepting the terms and conditions on the 'Laptop Repairs' or 'Contact Us' page, you agree that any replacement parts purchased with your agreement after consultation will be paid for in full should you decide to later cancel the repair. This includes an additional administration fee of £20.00. This administration fee is only applicable if a cancellation should occur.
When using the recycling service, please note that items in the non-working criteria cannot be collected (these are clearly listed). The recycling collection fee is purely for the callout and is payable regardless of whether an item is eligible for collection or not.
Assessments to discover the cause of a problem are available if you are unsure which costs £30.00. Should you decide to proceed with a repair and labour is involved, this charge will not be applicable - only the cost of the repair itself.
